1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stackr's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Stackr provides website design and development services for local businesses. We deliver custom websites within 7–14 business days following receipt of all required content and approvals.
3. Payment
All fees are due as specified in your project agreement. A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the site goes live.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all custom content and design assets created for your project. Stackr retains the right to display your completed project in our portfolio.
5. Limitation of Liability
Stackr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we create.
